Well I survived it, was too impatient and did it before you replied. Oh yeah, step 1, absolutely. I worked out the length as 9/32 and ground the roll pin down to it. Pressed the roll pin into the neg post hole with a vise. Tinned the interior of roll pin, and the end of the nail. Heated...

    Alright.... the e-power mod

Well, I don't know if this is useful to you, but I do understand #2, at least a little. When I go out in public for any period of time I use one of these, in stainless steel and cartomizers. They're out of it right now, but they are pretty nice looking in stainlesss steel. They are about 4...

Oh, silicone, thats a slicker situation. I was actually thinking of the o-rings that seal some serviceable areas in my pool pump\filter. But there's a lot of pressure there.

I pretty much knew it couldn't happen on a lathe alone, was really just messin with ya. On the grooves thing, perhaps a diamond pattern in between the grooves would be cool, small for gripping or large just for looks.

I had thought of that but discarded it as an unreliable method of keeping a seal in a moving parts arrangement.

Y'all are just beyond me here. I'm still asking, rotating on what? How is the liquid environment staying sealed when you are rotating part of the outer shell?

    Alright.... the e-power mod

Nobody knows, all just guesses. Someone is going to cut one up maybe. If you got one and you like it, whoopeee. If not, oh well, there arent any actual specs that tell you what you bought anyway apparently, so tough noogies. The thing isn't priced very high but I don't really understand why...

What we can and can't discuss on ECF

Could affect vapers. Yes. That's been said. The moderators, managers, and owner know that and probably agree, but it conflicts with the rules which serve the larger goal of keeping this place as respectable as possible. They aren't going to change the rules because you post it a few more times.

    Scubagen Mods

Yes, I think I see. But didn't your prior designs have 2 juice passageways? Another idea might be to use a similar type of inner sliding design but use a large size hole into the wicking area and the 'slider' could have several different size holes that could be lined up with the large hole to...

What we can and can't discuss on ECF

This isn't the place for all discussions. A line must be drawn somewhere. I think its drawn in a pretty fair place. IMO there isn't much to discuss on that narrow topic.
