Well, I have been riding for about six weeks. How good could I be?
That said, I am much better than I was when I started. Isn't that (getting better) what is really important?
I can't wait either. I ride with people who's skill and ride exceeds mine almost every time I ride. Each time, I get a little better...I am too much of a noob to have any pride in my riding skill.
At the risk of angering the HD faithful....
How do you bust an engine doing so little relative to it's size?
I kid...sort of. The HD motorcycle (other than the 883(?) 1000 Ironhead, and other Sportsters) can be argued have little to do with performance. They are all about feel, rumble, deep...
That is a pretty sweet bike.

Calve, what kind of steed are you riding, sir?
Well I will be stuck without transportation on the Southwest edge of the city at 1300 hours. I'm assuming a 20+ mile detour for you on a heavy riding day is less than ideal.
I'd love to meet up another time. What are you riding, BTW?

Funny. I'm getting my rear tire installed this morning. I'm picking the bike up around 4-4:30. Want to meet up then?
Good Morning, Army.
