It does make sense. You may have inadvertently dodged the question. Do you (disregard rules for other things)? And, if so, can I get an example or two? I ask because in thinking about it, I break owners (arbitrary) rules with some regularity as well...often without negative consequences...

Laws made by a system as corrupt as ours are pretty arbitrary. I really consider the States monopoly on force to be telling....if the rules made sense, why would we need to militarize our police force?
