I do believe I've had my first atomizer death. Not sure how it happened. :confused: No vapor, no throat hit, like the battery was dying. So, switched the battery. Still nothing. Switched the cartridge. STILL nothing. :( THEN I put in a different atty, and got lovely expected... -

Sweet!
I like the idea of using a straw in my cart. It makes a lot of sense. However, I DON'T like the idea of using poly-fill in my cart. It tends to get caught on the atty arch, it tastes weird, it's a pain stuffing it in the cart. Oh yeah, and the idea of that stuff MELTING and VAPING... -

Cool :) I have used the Lorann's lemon oil with no problem. For the Lorann's, I use more than a few drops, but it's still a very small percentage of the overall, maybe 5%, especially if it is one of their oils and not flavorings.- Ariel

Thanks. This may be a seasonal thing - I don't remember seeing the flavors there before. Or maybe it's just that I didn't notice them before. Since I started vaping and mixing my own juices, I seem to have a new sixth sense for finding things I didn't care about before. :)- Ariel

Hey - I see you're in Utah too :) I've had a lot of success with denture cleaner myself. It seems to get rid of ALL residue on both atty and carts. Let it dry overnight, and it's good to go again with no attached memories of whatever was vaped through it before. I don't use the minty denture...- Ariel

Essential oils are (generally) different - it seems that "oil" refers to something like what a flavor might be cut with, such as olive oil. And, I don't use more than one or two drops for 4 ml of juice. I vaped with several blends for several weeks that had EOs added to them, and didn't notice...- Ariel

In general, avoid using essential oils. Except for lavender, they don't seem to blend very well into juice. -

Turning ... into something much tastier
OK, last night at coffee, Raven was kind enough to gift me a bottle of Nhale-Exhale 555 Menthol. I can't turn down free juice, right? I tried vaping it. OMG. With all due respect to Nhaler, the vapor tastes like ... and NOTHING like the menthol analogs I used to smoke. Gah... -
