    Another “first mech” thread

Yes grease is going to help (electrostatic grease) however it's not a physical barrier or failsafe. Might sound finicky but the grease can fade or get washed out or in the event that the ball pushes through the grease. Yes it might help but it's not what I would call a proper solution and...

    Another “first mech” thread

Hi All, Please PLEASE read my thread on the unboxing - I discovered a potentially big flaw in the design. Really need to make sure if anyone has thought about getting one or does get one that they are aware. The ball bearing in the switch design will cause an auto fire if it's tipped on its...

    Brief review/unboxing - THC Tauren

********URGENT UPDATE******** Guys and gals something I've just discovered (have no idea if this is a regular thing or not) with the Tauren, you can cause it to misfire if you tip it on it's side. Best guess after pulling it apart the ball bearing is making contact with the clutch plates and...

    New to RDA

I'll be eager to hear your thoughts on it. Add it to the ever-growing list of things I want to have :P

    New to RDA

I hazard a guess it would be. Digiflavour seem to do a good job of their atomiser designs. and The Vapour Chronicles has a fair idea of what an RDA needs.

    New to RDA

The Drop is one of those RDA's that can actually function to an optimal point in the build you created due to the stepped airflow progressing top to bottom. I'm not sure if some other atty's will have that feature.

+1 on the cost factor. Every time I hear people say “but you won’t use half of it” I know that I’ll find a use. Amazing how you don’t know it can be useful until you have it, then you wouldn’t be without it. Probably the only thing I haven’t tried has been the coil jig - because I’ve enjoyed pre...

Hello! New and have a question...

Hi and welcome to ECF!! I hope that your vaping experience does lead to completely quitting cigarettes as it's a nightmare to try and quit in the "approved" methods (for me anyway). I don't have any recommendations as far as which unit to start with - the selection is huge in the way of...

Has Anyone Tried The USONICIG Rhythm Ultrasonic Vape Kit?

Welcome mate and thanks for the appraisal. I still think that the technology has a long way to go before it can compete with the established methods. I'm still interested to see how it progresses though.

+1 on all of that - for reference when I suggested the coilmaster set it's going to be useful from start to finish. From a personal standpoint I don't see the benefit in getting one or two tools and then having to get the rest further on down the track. That is definitely one of the things...

    New to building RDA

Depends on how often you vape and how you wick in the first place. I posted a thread where I kept getting burnt spots on one spot in my builds and I had to change every week. Others might have longer or shorter. Like drop ins you get a feel for when the wicking needs to be changed. From my...

All good mate, it's one of those things that you could spend heaps of time and money on to get right.

Good point, for the money it's pretty much everything you'd need unless you get into Clapton or alien or some of the other builds. And the ohm meter is acceptable which is a huge plus when you're working with any coil setup that's not a drop in.

    New to building RDA

there are really good reviews of atomisers out there and for a newbie it's especially important to see what the build decks look like. First RDA I bought was the Bonza which was good, but the post configuration was a bit of a learning experience as it stretched the coils out and caused me no...

    New to building RDA

there's no "best" or "worst" other than the quality of the wire itself. some of the builds people make are unreal and can give you information overload on top of trying to keep yourself safe with battery and Ohm knowledge. So serious advice, brother - make some time to go into a vape shop that...

    New to building RDA

there's heaps of build videos on there but if you're going to do that - keep your RDA experience as basic as possible so you can enjoy it first. Nothing worse than trying to make your own coils and screwing up on your first attempt while wondering what to vape next. Buying pre-made coils and...

    New to building RDA

As far as your mod if its regulated then your RDA should be safe to vape with that although you would need to tweak your wattage to suit. As far as which coils you want to use the amount of variables is huge. Best advice is to get some pre-made fused claptons/alien ones and start there first...

    District F5VE LC1 Layercake

I think I need to join up the shinyitis support group at this point, looking to order one of these, has anyone else taken a look? District F5VE - LC1. | Layercake RDA From what they're saying about the materials it sounds like ceramic (listed as "ceramisteel") which, if true, would put the...
