    I'm not sure what test I have at home, but I'll check. I think it may be 25#, but that is a complete guess.

    That sounds about right. My other favorite way is using two cast iron skillets. Get em both hot, put the steak in one and set the other on top of the steak... No flipping required! ;) Yeah... But not much more done then that. :p I highly recommend it, man. You'll probably get that extra 20'...

    I'd be alright with that! And can you imagine? All the Shenaniganators traveling through time together... Bill and Ted wouldn't have nothin' on us!!! LOL All the history books would need to be thrown out the window. :pervy: That's a close enough compromise... I prefer rare or blue, myself...

    Yeah, I never understood that " defense" excuse either. I mean, isn't that pretty much the same as saying "I was shot by someone once before, so now I shoot people because I learned that from a past experience."? Why wouldn't they see it as the traumatic experience that it was and never want...

    I wonder if it would be possible to replace the string piece that frays out on you with Spider Wire fishing line. That stuff is amazing and is quite durable. I'm sure it would work well, but I don't know how difficult it would be to attach it to the lanyard side.

    I don't know anything about "Texas standards" (I'm still a Mississippi boy at heart), but they do have pretty darn good food. The steaks are hand cut and cooked exactly as you order them. The guy that brought out my plate wouldn't leave until I'd cut into it to make sure I was happy with it. Hahaha!
