    Sounds like you got one of the first, because that's about how long they've been around. What did you do? Do you still have it? Did you throw it at the wall, because that's how I feel. Did you try to fix it?

    You're probably right. I should just open it up and replace the wiring to the 510 wheel with a different 510 connector. Something 20mm, and superglue it into place.

    Yea, it's a v1 rotating ring. I got it here from the classifieds but I'm not worried about warranty. I'm thinking about it like rebuilding the engine of a hotrod.
