Yea 15% is a lot for this flavor.
That could be a reason it's milder.

It's sweet but not overly sweet and has a underlying smokeyness completely opposite of ashy smoke ..more like a cured smoke of sweetness and full bodied awesome. It's good man and a little goes a long way. 3%...
