Tried my go to build 2mm jig 28kanthal 1 ohm 7 wrap z coil on the o16 spaced instead of contact. Not as warm but I strangely like it. -
Thinner Wire
I use 28g Kanthal always 2mm jig. I find shorter legs and tight wraps strengthen the coil. When pulling the wick through (I use rayon) I simply hold my finger on the coil to keep it from moving. If your coils are moving with 28g you might be using too much wick.- Vapefiend

Throat Burn from a new e-juice?
Is it a cereal flavor? I tried a captain crunch berry flavor once that burned my throat; I forget the name but there’s an additive to get that cereal flavor note that did not agree with me. Could be the same for you? Just shooting out ideas.- Vapefiend

That is awesome. I haven’t had an experience where my reo fell in water. I have dropped some of mine on concrete, tile/hardwood floor, dirt/grass, even in a shallow puddle; once my reo fell in the crack between the center console and car seat, now that wasn’t pleasant. We all know how hard it... -
WTF did just happen?
I looked up your deck and it appears the insulator is black delrin or some kind of black insulator. If you had a putty like substance melting oozing bubbling etc you melted the insulator.- Vapefiend
