    I carry mine in my pocket all the time. If you unscrew the atty a half turn it will break the contact and it won't matter if the switch gets pressed.

    If it were a 3-piece system it could be a few things. Since it is a carto, the only thing I can think of is that you are sucking too hard. Try sucking slower, softer, and for a longer period. Are these out of the box cartos or have you refilled them?
