    Thanks to all. It just is not my style. I like to stay out of the limelight when I can for stuff like that. Call it guy machismo or whatever, I just like to be the one to handle my stuff and do not want to bother the boss for dealing with stupidz. Had to be done though.

    Yes there are decent companies, but there are some that are a PITA to try and work with. I just put them in the No longer order list and let people know the issues with them, so they are not troubled by the same thing.

    I think companies make it so hard to return an item they try to break you down. They break you down to the point you get frustrated and give up. They make you think is it really worth the hassle?
