    These questions may sound silly but please help. do the emty capsules come with the white batting inside or are they totally empty? are the mouth piece end caps the soft rubber or the hard plastic? And finally are the mouthpiece ends easy to remove or are they glued on?

    plastic around coil inside carto

    So what is this little piece of hard plastic-like material around the metal wire inside the cartomizer? Is this needed for proper function? Lately a lot of my cartos have been having this little piece pop up through the cotton batting.
