    Is there any chance you overfilled the cart? I would say its either that or too much filler in the cart. Try adjusting and see if that helps.

    I'm actually using the PTB mod because of the nasty blue filler taste. Washed a lot and still couldn't get it out. And I am a woman that has gotten the smell and taste of everything I've tried out of my attys and foam fillers. Only problem with the foam is its a pain to clean and only lasts so long.
