Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I've been using the CelluCotton rayon for over one month and just love it .. the very best, most fantastic taste and ease of use that I've had in over 4 years of vaping! Here's a pic of my RM2 on a Reo mini after 5 days of chain vaping with over 60ml through it so far and it's still going strong!

    Cellucotoon (Rayon) wicks

I've been using it for over one month and I do not boil it. Most of the other people I know don't boil it either altho a few have done it. I did try boiling some at first however it seemed to make the rayon clump together and it lost some of it's "airness". I love the rayon, it's the very...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I've been DIYing for over 3 yrs, have gotten many different strengths of nic on my hands .. I just wash my hands with soap and water within a few minutes and it's never been a problem.

On my Reo RM2s I have short tails, they just touch the deck but no more than that. Not sure if you are using an RM2 but if you are then you might try shorter tails. And also everything Jeremy said about the density versus too thick or too thin. I pre-wet my rayon and squeeze it so it's pretty...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I don't know how new to vaping you are .. but you need to understand that no real research has proven ANY of what we do is "safe". To use the word "safe" is something no one can or can not say about many things in this world, especially about anything related to vaping.

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

Yeah ... I am "inferring" that unless people have "proof" that those other wicking materials are "safe" they need to quit asking us for proof that rayon is safe.

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

Yep, me too ... I always get a laugh out of people asking "is this material safe, is this liquid safe" .... heck we have NO CLUE if vaping itself is even safe! We're pretty sure it's safer than the cigarettes we smoked .. but no one has PROVEN anything about vaping is safe! Meanwhile, I will...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I don't recall anyone ever "proving" that cotton was "safe", or silica, or yarn, or bamboo, or mesh, or hemp, or ceramic .. or any of the other wick mediums. Is there a post somewhere that offered proof that "those" wicking mediums are safe? If so then I must have missed those posts .. would...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

Care? Yes. As I posted in this thread, 2 weeks ago, my doctor said he considers it to be the safest wick material that I've shown him in my 4 years of vaping .. and over those years I've shown him nearly every material there is. Does that mean it's 100% safe? I dunno .. all I know is my...

WOW, there ya go ... those pictures speak volumes! One of the many reasons I LOVE using rayon -)

"lightly snuggly" .. ha ha ha .. great way to describe it. I've tried describing the feeling it should have going thru the coil to several people but couldn't quite explain it ... your "lightly snuggly" describes it perfectly ;-)

Happy to have sent it to you, many of us have switched to using it and find it to be fabulous! Over the years I've tried nearly every wicking material but nothing has ever worked as great as this rayon, it is the best wicking materisl I've personally ever used.

You might want to try leaving a little gap between your coil wraps and see how that works for you. I have done my coils wrapped tight and wrapped with a little gap and both work good for me, however I really think the little gap ones vape a little better but YMMV.

I have 4 Reo's and am using RM2's on all of them, wicked with CC. Be sure you are using enough rayon, you need to use enough that it rubs fairly hard against the coil as you are putting it into the coil .. because after it is wet it will shrink a little. In my RM2's I keep my wicks short...

me too .. I've been using Sally's CC for 2 weeks and it works fantastic, I'm a firm believer in rayon now.

I've been allergic to several different wick materials .. for instance I liked using Aunt Lydia's bamboo but I broke out in a rash from using it. Same with several others. I've been using the CC for 1 1/2 weeks and so far have not had any symptom of being allergic to it, although it usually...
