    Bovinia, thank you for the tip about the alcohol. What percentage of the Caramel Cream do you use? Do you mix anything else with it, or just by itself? I've never used any of the NF flavors, but ordered 2 of them today .. have no idea what % to use, would love your advice.

    OIC .. so that's why people say after you mix your juice it is best to leave the cap off for a day or 2, so the alcohol evaporates. Thanks! Everything I've read from people who use NF is that the flavorings are weaker than other flavorings.

    I have acid reflux .. once I stopped smoking it did reduce mine a lot, altho I still get it but no where near as much as I did before. Everyone is different, maybe it won't help you .. I just know it reduced mine bigtime.

    Yes, it's perfect in everyway! I have all 3 of John's nics and they are all great .. but for me the Ice is in a class all by itself and that's why, once I tried it, it's the only one I use.
