I cannot believe such rude behavior. Customer or no customer - that female (who most definitely is not a "lady", on the contrary) has no right whatsoever berating a store employee about their personal life.

And there is no "well, you could have just quit" "defense" either.
If people can sue a tobacco company because their husband smoked and died - there is nothing to stop people suing those liars and cheats in TC for deliberately withholding the truth about a much less harmful...
