That would be my guess. All I know is, this makes a huge difference. I will try to find a smaller tip to make it a little neater. Perform at your own risk and be sure to rinse all the fillings away so it doesn't short out the battery. -

OK, I just notched the outer ring all the way. Day and night. Now it's a little to easy. I need more of these things to play with. I wonder if notching the outer ring all the way would do the trick. Have ya'll try that?
