    :) So far, so good. I have all five pins soldered with the 2 resistors and diode in place with 2" wires, like on the "Find My Vapes" tutorial on YouTube. There are other challenges I am working on regarding this project; space constraints are a huge challenge. More will be revealed soon.

    +1 regarding the HF soldering iron. I have built 4 mods with it, with no issues. I replaced the tip with a "quality" chisel tip and now it works even better. :D

    +1000 on stealth vaping, especially if you vape unflavored. Nobody will know. High PG percentage, too. I have had to do this in situations, and NOBODY knew.

    Question: Does the 5.6V diode need to be a certain wattage to be reliable? I have a 0.5 watt zener and I have seen builds with higher ratings on that diode. {putting together an OKR T/6.} Thanks in advance.

    +1 for Mouser. I just ordered a slew of items for my first OKR project. They shipped out the same day. Some of the items like the resistors, batteries and wire were found on eBay for cheap, as well as various 510 top caps. :)

    Vamo V5 in short mode - battery or not meant to be?

    There should be no performance difference on any 15W Vamo in 18350 mode or 18650 mode other than battery life. :2c:
