    +1000 on the FatDaddyVapes "Classic 510 Inserts" as these are perfect, IMO. Drill out the existing delrin insulator with a #35 bit. Thread with a 6-32 tap. Insert modified 6-32 vented screw. Done. ;)

    When I shortened the barrel, the limiting factor was the posts being very close to the top cap, which is now stainless steel. So I shortened the tops of the posts by .060" as well as the screws. This allowed me to make the barrel yet another .060" lower. I think I have taken off about .250"...

    The odd part about the Reo is that the fire button hole is not centered above the center of the battery positive. I just noticed that. We need to be sure that the silver contact ends up directly over the center of the battery. ;)
