That statement is untrue! the package was mailed and shows on the tracking that it was accepted at the local post office, after that is when the issue started. Again I have a number of people and myself looking into this communication issue. Logs are kept of everything that comes into and out... -

Cinnamon, who ever told you your package did no ship at all out and out lied. We can show by the tracking that the package was accepted in Barbertton, ohio. I'm sorry there was some confusion in the communications with you. I assure you I have addressed that issue. -
