    Keep up the great work Dan! I'm loving this spreadsheet.. What I've done with it though is kept an earlier version (v1 or 2 maybe) and inserted it as the first page in the workbook.. Most of the time I just want a quick reference to a simple mix, and don't need all the bells and whistles...

    This is a cross post - but... I'm impatient! How about just nichrome foam? Rather than a coil, use a wad of foam... Do they make such a thing? If the resistance is right, shouldn't we be able to stick it in a ceramic pot and apply a charge to it? No wicking material required - no nickle mesh...
