    Personally I wouldnt put it in plastic :) It is cinnamon and black licorice, and with the cinnamon, I wouldnt take a chance with plastic tanks unless someone pipes in with a personal experience :)

    todd, most of their juices (especially the kentucky blends) are multi step/multi steep process so adding more flavoring will alter the taste of the finished product. I am not sure if the fruit flavors are processed the same way but I will ask next time I talk to the guys at Vermillion :)
