    I find that to this day if I try to "lung inhale" I'll cough and choke. I mouth inhale (as I always did with ciggies) then inhale the whole mouthful at once. Often, I'll double it up and puff another mouthful while I'm exhaling the first out my nose :)

    Correct, there's a voltage reg of some sort on that board (at least from what I can tell in the pics). Probably brings down the power from the batts to 2.7 or less, based on it being an LED light. Get rid of the board, and hunt for a switch.

    My only understanding of Li Ion technology is that you should never store them fully charged, nor empty. Supposedly 40% is the optimum, although I don't know how you'd possibly measure that.

    For a 901 you can use an M or N panel mount connector from RS. I think you're stuck using batt connectors from a real batt for a 510, or ordering the connectors... but someone will chime in shortly.
