    Indeed...but the damage has been done in that they apparently attempted to ridicule their user base and made the (erroneous) assumption that their user base was too stupid to figure anything like this out. I say shame on 'em. They'll never get a dime of my business!!

    I hear ya! For a little more than the cost of the replacement switch you could have had a complete mod from Parkes. But, look at it this way...you already have the battery...so just go get the mod now and cut your losses.

    So far they've been just awesome...terrific customer service as well. I hear their juice is top notch, but I've never tried it as I DIY.

    The eGo type tanks really mute flavor. Have you tried a Fluxomizer Deluxe or an Acorn tank? The Fluxomizer Deluxe will need a seal mod to perform at it's best, but the Acorn Tank (click my signature for the link) is incredibly simple to fill...it's a great vape as well.
