    Id probably ask to, but it would just be a formality, if they say no, I would still vape :) Since it isn't smoking, there is no bans on them. It's the same thing as warming a cup of tea and having the steam blow off the top of the cup. So no, I'm not gonna not do it :) We have to stand strong!

    So does this mean they can put the same "tobacco tax" they put on regular cigarettes causing them to be 8-9 bucks a pack? I surely would hate to have to pay 250 bucks for a 50ml bottle of juice!

    I don't think this is a good ruling. This means they will be able to charge the equivalency of 8 or 9 dollars a pack for ejuice. We may have to start paying $250.00 for a 60ml bottle of juice from madvapes :(
