No worries - confused me for a minute, is all.
You can do like other folks have mentioned and leave whatever is left to your kids as part of your estate.... :D
Yeah, that one isn't making any sense... now, if he'd said that the longer, higher-resistance coil has a greater surface area to produce vapor from, I'd likely be agreeing with him...
R91% on provari, 1/16th ID coil at 2.1 ohms, 10 watts. Wick is pretty snug when stretched to feed it into the coil. Slight shoulder on the insertion side, but after the exit from the coil. After wetting the rayon, no shoulders and no sag. Tails trimmed equal to outside diameter of the mod...
WAE:
Length: depends on the battery size: min=113mm max=114.5mm
Diameter: 21 mm
Provari:
4.1" (104.14mm) L x 0.90" (22.86mm) D (stock 18500 battery version) (without atomizer)
4.6" (116.84mm) L x 0.90" (22.86mm) D (with 18650 extension) (without atomizer)
So, slightly shorter/narrower...
Rewicked yesterday, wick that was inside of coil was pretty dark and coil was gunked up. Longer tails this time...
24 hours later.... vapor is thin again.
Going to try less in the coil and keep the tails.
Ugh...this is worse than cotton trying to find the right amount..re-reading the thread...
Q - have you had to do much height adjustsments to your coil after installing? I *think* I remember you mentioning it at some point in the thread, but didn't find it with a quick search.
He's the POC at Erlkonigen who emailed me when I had questions about ordering/shipping.
Yup...true story:
Amazon: "we're sorry, we can't ship that item to your location"
Me: Seriously, Amazon? You can't ship frigging sticky labels to a USPS military address?
Michael definitely went the extra mile to check/verify things...I was the first purchaser for military in Europe, so there were bound to be some glitches.
Unfortunately, this situation (with customs and all) isn't all that unusual... one of the vagaries of working with the military and trying...
I had the crackle/pop until I refilled...then, vapor dropped off.
Probably over-filled based on the last few entries (use fill port, fill to top of clear tank section).
Tencel top arrived, still waiting on Sally CC (and die Erlkonigen, but that's another story).
"Airflow control" is really 'liquid delivery control'. When you take a vape, the suction pulls liquid up into the wells. If you're not pulling liquid, even the most perfect wick can't deliver.
On the other hand... a wick that is too thin or too thick won't deliver juice to the coil.
On the...
Tried spreading the same fearmongery about the process when it's already been rebutted with information that the chemicals are *not* present in the finished product?
Yeah, you *did* try that - as before, I invite you to find something that *hasn't* been rebutted several times and bring it...
Ok...recoiled (again). Prior coil was too high above the air hole, I think. Snug wick, cut long enough to reach the bottom of the well. Made sure that there's no sharp bend between the tail and the coil.
2.1 ohm coil, 1/16th ID, 11 watts.... dayum. Dense...moist...flavor. Lovin' it!
