    Fwiw I have not stopped into that walmart to look, I have been sick on and off and have not felt up to going out of my way just to deal with the extreme busyness of that walmart... I did go to my local walmart today and did not see a sign on the way in. I am glad to say I vaped on my nemesis...

    I would agree that is true for many of the people on this forum. But for the average Joe having a vape while walking down the street, I highly doubt he is even aware of what the government is up to.

    I was the same way, I didn't do well at all in high school. I couldn't focus worth a darn, inside or out of class. I had attention and mood issues, and smoking helped me control both, but unless I could smoke at least once every hour it wasn't enough. They had me on meds too but they didn't...
