One thing I found out is that if you leave your mod connected to your pc while you have the software open, sometimes my mod turns off and basically becomes unresponsive (bricked)....... I tried re updating the firmware and it turned on again and worked fine. SO yeah, if your iPower stops... -

what kind of coils are you building that you need 100 watts? stick with regular coils instead of twisted roller coaster looking crap and youll get the same experience and require less power which means less battery usage which means smaller mod for smaller hands... With that said, get a Kbox... -

Yeah, the Sigelei 90w+ has a nice price (~$45) but it's one of the taller 26650 mods. ~90mm :( A big turnoff about the Flawless is that it's 24mm where the atty sits...WHY?! It makes it look so fat... The Stout has an optimal width (22 to 30mm), but the depth and height could use some... -

Because the title was in the form of the question, this thread could be helpful for someone who runs into the same prob as me: Could be that this mod doesn't like Ti microcoils or dry burning...or a combo of both. Im pretty sure that it wasn't a lose or cut connection or I would have seen it... -

draw time and gauge of wire is the same...Dont see why it's a silly question.. anyone? Im just seeing if anyone has gotten any better outcomes in terms of battery usage when they switched over to Ti given they kept everything the same (except ohm's amount of course) -

Which one is gonna be better on my battery? I understand it's going to vary because the Ti in TC mode will have a varying wattage output, but in this test I will set the Ti coil's temp at what I feel is around the same vapor output as the kanthal coil.. identical coils for each type of wire... -

Yep so I built another coil (spaced), didn't dry-burn it , and now it works fine in TC mode... 0.19ohms and I have it set at 330F... So maybe it had something to do with it being dry-burnt or micro-coiled...Or maybe the leads weren't screwed down properly, though I made it pretty tight...Maybe...
