Garemlin. You can build any RDA as a single coil. The IGos are pretty good for building on. I prefer RDAs hat have a bigger juice well for my cotton. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Nope bassackwards... Two 1.5Ω coils will put you at 0.75Ω. Build two coils at 2.2 to 2.8 for decent results. Try 7 or 8 wraps on 5/64bit with 32ga kanthal for each coil. IClears are the same way. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Russian 91 is good to go. I like it better than the kayfun. Fwiw I have the real russian 91. Based on the pics from fastech this copy looks pretty damn close. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

coils can touch each other.. you want them uniform and tight. Google micro coil build and there are 100s of videos

Both should glow. Check the negative post for the side that didnt fire. 28Ga would require 14 wraps on each coil to get to 1.0ohm resistance. 30ga would take about 8 wraps. Note that this is for dual coils. If you only got the 28ga i would recommend just doing a single coil...

google the devices...sorry i dont know my clones. :) Micro coils are coils but they are touching (squeezed together). The old school thought was to have them evenly spaced out and touching was thought to be a bad thing. Most people typically mean micro coils when they say coils as they are...

Pbusardo makes everything look easy. :) Genny coils are not that hard and attache pretty easily on most setups i have seen or helped with. Wicking them is a little tricky sometimes. Genny's look nice and I love the concept and they hit as good as a dripper. my only problem is that they...

What are you trying to build on? This little sucker really helped me get going. Download this excel sheet from PJMarkert. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/506159-kanthal-coil-calculator-9.html#post12405108 Rember if you are doing dual coils that you need to...

someone with a scope needs to figure out whats going on with that. I tried using the MVP to check ohms prior to getting a digital ohms meter and it would typically read things around 0.9 on my MVP. I wasnt able to get a reading on the MVP that would 0.8. I know you can set the settings...

What settings did you use? 0.8Ω @ 2.95v = 11w. MVP lower volt range is 3.3. Remember the watts setting works by adjusting the volts. I would want to see this fire on a scope to see what it is actually doing. I would not recommend doing this because it sounds like a problem with the...

How's that new hobby coming? Lol. :). I think some may register at 0.8. If it fires it should be safe since the MVP limits total volts and watts. However that is a lot of trust on the electronics. I would prefer to see something in the 1.6 range as that will take full advantage of...

Most people that say that are speaking in terms of clearos or cartos which have very restricted air flow. If you have more watts the coil gets hot quicker and hotter creating more vapor. If you can't move the vapor then the juice starts cooking and it gets hotter temp. With proper air flow...

Google is your friend but look up battery safety while your at it. You go too low with the wrong batteries and you will be sucking on a pipe bomb. Ohms is only part of the equation for watts. With more watts you need more airflow. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Recommend the KF lite plus. Pit has adjustable air flow. Eventually you will want to go higher watts and you will want the air flow. Love to see the excitement the first time someone gets a rebuildable. :). Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Garemlin. 0.0 or non readings typically indicate a short. Check the coil is not touching side or ends are trimmed. Good job. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
