Nope bassackwards... Two 1.5Ω coils will put you at 0.75Ω. Build two coils at 2.2 to 2.8 for decent results. Try 7 or 8 wraps on 5/64bit with 32ga kanthal for each coil. IClears are the same way. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -

Both should glow. Check the negative post for the side that didnt fire. 28Ga would require 14 wraps on each coil to get to 1.0ohm resistance. 30ga would take about 8 wraps. Note that this is for dual coils. If you only got the 28ga i would recommend just doing a single coil... -

What settings did you use? 0.8Ω @ 2.95v = 11w. MVP lower volt range is 3.3. Remember the watts setting works by adjusting the volts. I would want to see this fire on a scope to see what it is actually doing. I would not recommend doing this because it sounds like a problem with the... -

Most people that say that are speaking in terms of clearos or cartos which have very restricted air flow. If you have more watts the coil gets hot quicker and hotter creating more vapor. If you can't move the vapor then the juice starts cooking and it gets hotter temp. With proper air flow... -
