Sherry - good luck with your surgery. Be careful with that RDA. Kind of irresponsible for a shop to sell a sub-ohm build. Make sure what ever your vaping it on can handle the draw. Definitely take the class and learn to do it your self. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Just keep posting away. Experiments are good and you may inspire some others to do something different. You don't gain experience by reading about stuff...you got to get your hands dirty. People gotta learn how to use the scroll key when they read something they don't like. Also you got...

Draining to flashing red wont hurt them. I agree about not charging them when nearly full. Lithium Ion likes to be active whether charging or discharging. People tend to overthink the whole charging thing on lithium ions and alot of the stuff that gets passed around is from way back when...

i let mine go until yellow or dead. There usually isnt much time in the yellow / red zone. Always carry backups. Like we say with guns 3=2 and 2=1 and 1=0 when things go bad. :D

Yes Kayfun will work on MVP. 6 wraps of 30ga on a 5/64th drill bit will put you at 1.3ohms. You can vape that at a maximum of 11watts. Your clouds are going to be limited by the amount of airflow and your wicks ability to provide juice. You are not going to win a cloud contest with an MVP...

Yes pretty much the same except you get a bigger hit and after the cost of the RDA your only recurring expense is roughly $10 for a lifetime supply of cotton and kanthal. Plus you have options in building it - different coils, resistance, etc.

If you werent in Delaware i would come over and hold your hand. I am not a mechanically inclined person and this should be no problem for you. I was nervous as hell when i thought about building but I had a local B&M that has a monthly rebuilding class. The hand holding and...

You can try the cotton yarn (walmart peaches and cream is what some people use)... silica just plain sucks. Cotton is king and I can get a dozen wicks out of one cotton ball. Dont listen to these knuckeheads about boiling, and drying, etc. Just unroll a cotton ball pull off a piece roll it...

Which kayfun? Legit or clone? Should be fine at that resistance. I would try cotton. Also I prefer this device with more watts and air flow. I vape it at 10w or more on MVP. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

You can get a second kayfun for the MVP. I build it at 1.3 ohms and set at 10W and it is a great all day vape. Picked up some juice from innevape called Heisenberg. Yes it is blue. Pretty damn tasty too. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Yes I enjoy these forums... Remember we all walked in your shoes once. I remember saying "i dont want to have to mess with all that rebuilding stuff, who wants to wrap coils, kanthal & Cotton you got to be kidding me, sounds like a pain in the ....". I remember the excitement i felt when i...

Vape stores and the over 30 crowd

ALTSMOKE! They rock! I frequent the Columbus store. They always make me feel welcome. They kid me when i get out my reading glasses to tweak a coil but that is fine with me. Altsmoke is popping up all over the place so check them out if your near one of their stores.

RDA as an all day vape setup?

with my current setup - only the coils wicked instead of a "cotton cloud" underneath I have to drip two drops for every 4 or 5 puffs. Its not bad...pull the tip, drip drip, puff puff puff puff, repeat as needed. It is kind of therapeutic and now part of my habit. i carry the mod and a small...

and the evolution begins... :) when you start getting used to great hitting attys like the kayfun or dripping you will hate your clearos and protanks, etc. That is when the evolution is complete. The only thing that has been on my MVP for the last month is the Russian 91 or a ERA RDA...

Innokin is coming out with the MVP 4.0. Its a magical device and will work with all your cheapo clearomizers. It will make your kanger evods hit and taste like a $100 kayfun. The best part is that it is 100% organic so you need to boil your MVP 4.0 before using it. Happy 4/1!

Really digging the new Tugboat atty. Thing was a super easy build and i resisted going low because i have been using the 18350's a lot lately so i can pocket my mod. At 0.8ohms with dual micros this thing hits quick and hard. I over nic'd myself yesterday because i was driving and my MVP...
