Quit isn't a good word round these parts as it leads the 'powers that be' the idea that its an NRT and vaping isn't.Now 'switch' is an excellent word :vapor: So i hope that you manage to get some more to switch to vaping.     901 and 510 have different threading but you can buy adapters if you just want to switch from one to another. If you have e-liquid you can just top-up those carts til they are 'wet' and off you vape again.

    Hi Lee, most people start with 18mg and work from that starting point. Some are happy to use a lower strength even though they smoked 20+ a day and others have to go 36mg.The above is as good a guide as any, good luck !
