    Had to go for vapor.I can use flavourless forever,if i get throat hit but no vapor i have to sort it out,i can happily have no throat hit as long as i can see the vapor on exhale.

    Before E-cigs i had a great smokers cough,i couldn't walk 200 yards to the shop without getting out of breath.Now i run round the park with my 4 year old,oh and i can laugh !! Cut you caffeine intake down a bit if your like me and drink plenty of water.
