    I guess unless all starter kits are sold without nic the E-Cig itself will be classed as a drug device/ tobacco delivery device....(you know what i mean.)

    That depends on what make you have but if you have a standard e-cig battery that the tip lights up,remove the attie and then blow the battery from the end that lights up and this should help.

    Disgusted that they would basically advertise these as candy when they don't even want them in their State.If a seller stuck a big sign in their shop saying 'Get Your Nicotine Candy Here' they'd get thrown to the dogs.
