    I'll be praying for you Bov, for sure. I spend a lot of time in the ocean so that helps fight the heat but definitely used muscles i don't normally use. Fran, SLEEP is wonderful medicine.

    We don't let the kids interrupt the week either (for non-emergent issues). We love them BUT there have to be times we aren't on the hook for them.
