That looks awesome! I like the slots. I've found sometimes with the simplicity version that I unscrew the bottom from the battery tube when I mean to adjust airflow and vice versa.
Alright, so what did I do wrong? I finally decided to swap out my compression band and clean my knurled ring. While I was taking it out, it met with an unfortunate accident. Luckily, I have a pack of 5 spares. I put the first one in and it seems to be very loose. If I try to put the ribbed...
While you still get the integrated hybrid look that way, I think you'd have more electrical junctions and would still be relying on the less than optimal 510 threading.
Worth considering though!
I sent my ELA to have some work done. I've been using my simplicity's while it's in queue to be worked on. After having used the ELA for months and months without touching anything else, I had forgotten how incredibly nice it is swapping batteries out. It's so incredibly quick and easy to do...
Make no mistake, the strata is a dripper through and through. You shouldn't have any issues sampling flavors on it more or less than any other dripper.
Quick tip of the day. Close the top cap completely and line up the p on the drip tip with the p on the base. Now you know how many turns you are using to get to your preferred air flow. Since the P on the base is lined up next to one of the negative posts you can also use this to help gauge...
The 18350 and 18500 simplicity's are currently in stock. The 18650 just went out of stock in the last week or so.
The ELA is going to be a long wait. There is not ETA on those at the moment.
I love mine. I've got 3 more on the way. Flavor is outstanding. They're very easy to build, and they aren't as prone to leaking due to the design. They also look outstanding together, and the machining is top-notch.
Been using the same 1.5 ohm coil on the Simplicity 18500 for the past few days. On day 2, I took the silica out and replaced it with some cotton. I definitely prefer that, I think.
Tonight, I got home and decided to try a similar coil out on my 18350 ti + kiklet, with the kick 2 running at 13...
The universal standard for a ferret weight unit is a 10 day old ferret. Converting to the metric system, a 10 day old ferret = 30g.
Heres a handy table:
10 milliferrets (mf) =
1 centiferret (cf)
10 centiferrets =
1 deciferret (df)
= 100 milliferrets
10 deciferrets =
1...
