    I don't use atties, but yeah, AC is hard on cartos--probably because of the high ratio of flavoring compounds and the composition of those flavorings. Gums 'em up quicker, for sure. As you said, though, it's an acceptable consequence of the fantasmic deliciousness.

    I did the same... but I've actually switched over to batteries without much inconvenience, tbh. The XL/mega KR808D-1 batts (I get mine from a diff vendor) have a very nice lifespan on the charge. Easier to lose than a PT tho, lol.

It "should" help, as will agitating the mixture either by paint mixer (nice idea lol) or with a blender of some type--but with a blender you're also going to be mixing...
