Have Mr Sallie close his eyes and pop one or two in his mouth. When they are done, they have a nutty flavor to them. If you look online there are also lots of seasoning recommendations as well. I used Tony Chachere's seasoning, it's a cajun mix. I think this one could slide right by him..hurry...
