Ari, ive never once had any problem with mold, and besides the heat from the coil is more than high enough to kill any bacteria or fungus, they heat up to like 300 degrees, boiling water kills bacteria and its only 212 or something
4081 atties work much better at 5 volts or higher, .... with a 3.7 volt mod you're actually getting 4.2 volts on a full charge, it may not seem like that much of a difference, but it really is.
use some rubbing alchohol and then a dry burn while conctantly blowing on it until you stop seeing any vapor come out, after that fill 'er up with juice and you're good to go

there you are, its not exactly a tutorial, but its a pretty simple design, it should be easy to replicate
actually, the whole coil glowing is just phase one of being cleaned, if the atty is dirty you'll see faint tendrils of smoke coming out of it during a dry burn. You know it's really clean when that tiny bit of smoke stops being produced
i've always had my best results with JB quick, It sets in like 4 minutes and doesn't smell hardly at all. pretty sure you can get it just about anywhere too.
i'll do this with atties that have taken on a bad taste and no longer perform well, and i've had mixed results with it. Some spring back to life, and with others the juice either falls right through to the battery connection or simply does not get to the coil properly, resulting in low vapor and...
wierd, maybe i'm just lucky but i've never had a switch failure, and ive been running a 50ma tactile switch with no mosfet for the last two or three months with zero issues. I wonder how it is that people get switch failures with higher rated switches
has anybody ever tried using a volume pot intended for a guitar, some of them are pretty small, and it's my understanding that they are just variable resistors.
