Really, maybe you're not cranking it down hard enough...(NO, NO, I do not want to be held responsible for telling you that). People have been using 6ml bottle orings as replacements. Are they the ones originally sent? I could not answer that. -

Yes, vaping style is the issue. Without the oring, I was vaping sideways to line everything up...:facepalm: It's perfect with the oring, I just kinda really cranked it down in there...but I haven't blown up yet. -
