    Yes you can remove the soft end cap to fill. I use 4 ml. glass bottle w/ dropper to fill from bottom tank hole. Perfumers Apprentice - 4ml Glass bottles w/caps & droppers I normally put the tank on atty horizontally.

    I am using PG menthol & no problems. You might just need to drip some in first. You should not need to dry burn now. I think Kent C uses VG & posted clean "drop the atty in 151 proof clear, unflavored cheap vodka (or everclear) for 30minutes tops."

    The small glass dropper w/ 4 ml bottles works nicely to fill tanks. Perfumers Apprentice - 4ml Glass bottles w/caps & droppers Both eGo-T type A & C are working fine & no leaks (I do pre-punch). :toast:

    The wall charger is fast, a little over 2hrs each battery. I do not use a PCC, you need comments from someone w/ an Elite 808 PCC. ELITE 808 PCC You have to charge the PCC which then charges the batteries. Many do not use a PCC with stronger batteries so it may not be needed w/ Elite 808...

    No, for strongest slim battery see the Elite 808, about 1/16" larger in dia. than the std. KR808D-1 battery & can use the same cartos.

    Those are evidently KR808D-1 since it shows under http://www.eastmall.net/kr808d-1 The strongest small battery for those is the Elite 808, about 1/16" larger in dia. than the std. KR808D-1 battery. 510 is 510, no different gens.

    The Atty holder screws into the 510 connection & should go on first, align atty & then put C cone on which screws onto the atty holder. The draw can be adjusted on the C by turning the atty to change the alignment of the channels on the atty to the ones on sides of the tank.

    In general Full flavor 1 pk/day start 18-24mg Lights 1 pk/day start about 12mg DVap has researched it & come up w/ a good formula. EXAMPLE 1PK/DAY Most are vaping 2-3ml/day. So a good starting point for 20/day full flavor is 24mg. Lights cigs. are considered 1/2 so a good starting point...

    Yes, sounds like you're right, cut nic. level. Then if you feel you need more nic. just vape some higher nic. briefly & go back to lower.

    Has anyone ever disassembled an eGo battery before?

    The circuit board sets run about 3.4 V. The battery is wired to the back cover so it needs to come off. A very small electronics screwdriver will go in enough to tap it off. The atty is in very tight. If you have a bad Tank atty/cone screw it on. Then it's just a matter of moving it back & forth...
