    Ethyl Maltol is good if you want to add just a LITTLE sweetness, if youre looking for a lot of sweetness, you might try using sucralose or stevia instead. When I make mint flavors I like to add a teeny bit of menthol or koolada as well to give it that nice cold feeling :)
