    I know that volcano cigs offers prefilled carts in a few flavors that are kind of weak, but they at least aren't repulsive and come in 0 mg.... but buying prefilled carts is going to be much more expensive and much more limiting flavor wise than just filling your own carts. Vapor 4 life also...

    Do they offer a "double flavor" option? If not there's really not a way you can thin it out without losing SOME flavor. You can try thinning your VG out with a lil distilled water instead of PG, you won't need to use quite as much so won't lose as much flavor.

    I know that Purevapes.com uses no diacetyl in his liquid, and all of the perfumer's apprentice flavorings are diacetyl free.

The Butter has 1.5% diacetyl content according to the chart and using it at 0.3% is not going to be detectable in liquid (5% is reasonable and probably less than what FSUSA uses).
