    Hi and Welcome to ECF :) Unfortunately to go 0.3/0.4 you will only be able to use a mech even on the high watt dna/zna devices I believe the cut off is 0.5. To sub ohm on a level that low basically requires you to not have the built in safety of a regulated device. Hope this helps some!

    Its not your mod, its either your volt/watt setting, your "topper", the coil (what is the resistance?), or the wicking. Let us know these details and we can be of more help.

    Yes, they work in parallel - so for example - Dual coils at 3 Ohms each would have final resistance of 1.5 Ohms, dual 2 Ohm coils would be resistance 1 Ohm, so on and so forth.
