    Cotton disintegrate

Use less cotton. To much and it chokes in the coil, so the middle of the cotton has no juice, once its dry and you fire your device middle of cotton burns and vanishes.

I have some short wide mouth 240 ml amber bottles that are labelled and refilled as needed with nic in one, PG in one and VG in one. plug getting hot :/

Anything electronic + hot = generally not a very desirable outcome. Using incorrect/generic/unbranded chargers not meant for your specific battery is also a much more likely scenario to equal a less than favorable failure. Personally, I would discontinue use of anything 'hot' immediately.

    New recipe and need help

I dont know what brand your using, but if its TFA Honeydew is pretty strong - probably hang that one down around 3-4% so it doesnt take over the other flavors. If its not TFA then IDK. If you tell us the brands that will help us help you :)

Birthday present idea for boyfriend obsessed with vaping???

If you are able to track down a resource to get it quick enough - an MVP is certainly a staple usable happy piece of equipment. Even if he advances up the ladder to other things - the MVP is a huge step up from egos and a valuable tool for the vape stash :) Also - its perfect for your budget...
