Since, as I've read in numerous threads discsussing this issue, there are currently no set standards for testing, it would seem these results have very little meaning.

I don't know that I would call that "Super high ohm vaping". I vaped at 2.8 to 3.1 ohms for a looong time. Now I vape at 1.2 to 1.5 and consider that low ohm vaping. :cool:
I'm afraid even unflavored at 30ml a day is a scary proposition. That's a lot of liquid to be inhaling into the lungs everyday. Even drinking water to extremes can be dangerous.
My wife has six tanks in rotation. Some Nicoticket flavors - Virus, Wakonda, some NLV flavors - Gold, Bounty Hunter, and some DIY stuff I make. No problems with any of the flavors.
I replace the coils when they start to taste muted or they gurgle too much and can't be cleared.

I never understand these kinds of posts. My wife uses Nautilus tanks and coils exclusively and I maintain them for her by refilling the tanks and changing coils when they need changed. I've never experienced any odd or muted taste when changing coils. I put 3 or 4 drops of liquid directly...
