    the kfl+ is nice, but the russian 91% is nicer. a little less money , also. no whistling with the r91 which i sometime get with the kfl+. both are great. if you are looking at the 3.1 than save some $ and get a hcigar 3.1. excellent quality, vapes the same as the original and saves you a bunch...
