Just my 2 cents. I have been running Blu since May. From 2 packs a day to e-only. It is an amazing device if you are patient and follow the rules. Also, 1 full year of replacement helps immensely. I am running 510 cartos with my Blu. I have some things to say about it. No, too bad they dont fit in the pack. I carry them like I do my juice bottle. If I am not running the carto, I use either a 510 atomizer and a drip tip or the original atomizer with a drip tip. I don't like having to buy...- researcheverything

Wow... where to start......... Replacements from Blu usually take me two weeks from the day I drop the defectives off in the mail. The last time I sent off bad ones for replacement under warranty they sent back two long ones. A friend of mine just ordered a starter pack and there were short ones.
