Yep, the tubing really does make a huge difference in using the vape mate. Glad you are getting along with it as well as I am. I don't know how I did it for all those months, dripping and driving is not safe. Might as well be texting...
I would compare the VM to dripping mostly. You can get it to auto feed with just the right set up. I got it working one day and was not able to get it going again. I need to try a softer bottle though. I'm thinking the walls of the bottle have to give easy so you can get juice out without...
Yes I agree the air flow does have an effect on the juice entering the atty chamber. My point was that if the bottle is really soft one can pull juice from it with a light draw. I notice a bit of juice getting into the drip tip receptacle if I try to draw too hard. That is one of the nice things...
Not exactly sure what you are talking about MWA... could you take a photo of the cart?
I'm really starting to think that the bottle has a lot to do with the "Auto" feed-ability. For example, that day I had it working I was using a soft bottle and then I switched to a clear harder plastic bottle...
I would like to see a 14500 Precise myself but the P16 is very nice and satisfies my needs for a mid sized device between the big 18650 and AAA. I do think there is a demand for a P14 but not sure how much when the P16 is available. Having those other features would be killer. Maybe we could...
I'm pretty sure that he makes sure each end cap is fit to the tube perfectly and polishes the whole thing after fitting. You will notice when you get it that the end caps fit to almost an invisible line. Hence the name he gave it "Precise." Other mods just don't compare in the fit and finish...
Yep mine is still holding up after a few months of use. I pull the drip tip off without disturbing the tube. No glue on mine either. I have to use something to get it off when I have to change atties. I like my T-tip and don't so much like the short 306 drip tips. They just get hot.
So glad they are not the black ones.... I have a few of those and they work but I want to see the juice level. 5ml is the perfect size for all day. Some days I go through that much at work when it's stressful.
Have you guys seen this thread on the bottles for the Vape Mate? Looks as if David found the bottles for these and will send them out soon.

Yep those are the same bottles that Lisa has. Wooo hooo, I have some on the way...
David, you can save mine for someone else. Don't worry about sending them to me.
I think the 4mm is pretty close to the 5/32" size. I have yet to try the 1/4" but will do as soon as I make it to the hardware store. It seems to me that as long as you make a nice tight seal in the cap you should be good to go. With the smaller diameter stuff it fits over the internal part of...
You're very welcome. I'm always happy to share any info that might help others. I checked your link to the tubing and might have to order some from there. It is pretty cheap, 8 bucks for 50'... wow. Only needing an inch, that would do 600 bottles. Pretty much a couple lifetimes. Good find...
Its my reward for getting an A in my Java II class.... That was a killer. And it will be here in time for Christmas to boot, so two birds with one SS P18...
Thanks!! I'm sure I'll use the heck out of it...
