    Hot juice in your mouth means you are flooding the coil. That can be from drawing too hard, drawing before the coil has began vaporizing juice or, too thin a juice for your style. The first two can be fixed by changing what you do, the last one by getting higher VG content juice which is thicker.

    Really, 20 mills in a day or 18mg? Yes, I would be sick too. I do use 18mg, even sub ohm but, max 4 puffs every 30 mins. That's about 5 ml per day in my rigs. 20 mils would be 5 days worth and, I was a 2 to 2.5 pack per day smoker. Why not try 0mg or at most 3mg juice since you are a non smoker.

    So, even the same menthol you like gives you the problem with only a flavor other than menthol added to it? If that is the case, I would suspect that it is the flavorings and, you would have to do a lot of trial and error to see if there is a flavoring you can vape.
