    I'd quit worring where the battery and delivery device is made, even if it is "made in the USA" odds are the battery inside the case, wires, and other electronic bits were made in China anyway. Besides that is where the e-cig originated so, relax, most of the the time China gets it right.

    Well, I've used flour sack towels, pretty similar except all cotton so, I don't see why the diaper wouldn't work and, one diaper is going to make a lot of wicks. Mostly I use cheesecloth because I have plenty of it around for wine making, pickling and other kitchen uses anyway.
